I’ve been thinking and reflecting a lot lately about my presence on the web and how I see myself. I asked myself this question, “Are You Someone Else or Do You Just Want to Be You?”
As I thought about it, the answer I came up with was, yes. Sometimes I think I am someone else then other times I’m just me.
Just Be You
Actually I don’t really think I’m someone else but I have this burning inside that keeps telling me, I can do better.
So I guess I really am, just me. Everything inside, all that you see and whatever may yet to come is all me.
I would imagine it is the same with most people. We often struggle to find our voice, as they say around the blogsphere. And that is part of what makes us who we are.
Point is, if you have something to say, it’s okay to not be on point all the time. You don’t have to be the high achiever you see in the mirror.
It’s okay to simply be you. Relaxing is good. Less stress is even better.
Just be you without excuses. When you are able to realize that though you are not someone else, it’s perfectly okay to be you.
When you are just you, even though you will be more, just focus on being the best you that you possibly can.
